PARMESAN CHICKEN 
1/2 c. crushed seasoned croutons
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 1/2 to 3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
1/3 c. melted butter

Combine croutons, Parmesan cheese and parsley, mixing well. Dip chicken pieces in melted butter; roll in crumb mixture. Place pieces in buttered 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish. Drizzle any remaining butter over chicken; sprinkle remaining crumbs over top. Bake uncovered, in 375 degree oven for 1 hour, or until chicken is tender and browned. Makes 6 servings.
