BEEF CHEESE NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. milk
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese or velveeta
4 c. cooked noodles
1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn (drained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. chopped pimento
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat, add onion and cook until tender. Stir in milk and cheese until blended. Add remaining ingredients, pour into a 2 quart baking dish, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
