SPINACH WITH SOUR CREAM
CASSEROLE
 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 beaten eggs
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper

Cook spinach in small amount of water, with the onion, until spinach is thawed. Add remaining ingredients and turn into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
