FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
1 pkg. fettuccine noodles (fresh or dried)
Boiling salted water
1 c. soft melted butter
2 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1 pt. sour cream
Freshly ground black pepper

Cook the noodles in a large quantity of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain well. Add butter, sour cream, and cheese and toss gently until well mixed. Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
