PORK `N BEAN BREAD 
2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pork & beans, drained
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Mix oil, water, sugar, eggs and beans; beating until smooth. Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl. Add to bean mixture, stirring just until combined. Stir in raisins and pecans and vanilla. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-55 minutes in 2 loaf pans, 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inches.
