PEPPER JELLY 
1/4 c. chopped hot pepper (green), you can use bottled or canned
1 1/2 c. chopped sweet pepper (green or red)
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 bottle Certo

Grind peppers finely. Mix sugar, peppers, vinegar and boil 3 minutes. Add Certo, bring to boil again for 1 minute. Use a little green coloring if desired. Remove from heat and seal in jars. Pour paraffin over when mixture has slightly cooled. Make sure it goes all around edges to seal properly.
