PEPPER JELLY 
1/4 c. chopped hot peppers (red or green)
1/2 c. chopped green sweet peppers
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
1 bottle liquid pectin

Grind peppers, using fine blade of food chopper; mix peppers, sugar, and vinegar in saucepan; bring to a brisk boil. Boil 3 minutes. Add pectin; boil for 1 minute longer. Remove from heat; strain. Let stand for 5 minutes. Pour into hot, sterilized jars; seal.
