JALAPENO JELLY 
3 lg. green peppers, chopped fine
6 med. jalapenos, chopped fine
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 bottle liquid pectin
3-4 drops green food color

Combine peppers, jalapenos, vinegar and sugar in large saucepan and mix. Boil 8-9 minutes, stir constantly. Remove from heat. Add pectin and cool. Mix well. Skim. Ladle into hot sterilized jars. Seal at once. Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 pints.
