JALAPENO JELLY 
3/4 c. fresh Jalapeno or other hot peppers
3/4 c. fresh green peppers
1 1/4 c. cider vinegar
6 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. liquid certo

Cut stems off peppers and chop Jalapenos and green peppers in food processor. Place in large pyrex container with handle (at least two quart) vinegar, sugar and peppers. Microwave on HIGH until rolling boil, stirring frequently (approximately eight to fifteen minutes). Boil for one minute. Remove from microwave and strain. Place liquid back in container. Add red or green food coloring and certo (two 3 ounce packages). Bring to a boil (approximately five minutes). Boil for one minute on HIGH and put in sterilized jars.

Hint: Review jelly instructions in certo box.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
