HOT PEPPER JELLY 
3/4 c. chopped hot pepper
3/4 c. chopped bell pepper
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
Red or green food coloring
1 1/2 c. vinegar

Mix vinegar and chopped peppers in blender and chop fine. Bring to rolling boil, stir in sugar. Remove from heat, wait 5 minutes. Strain through mesh sieve. Add Certo and food coloring. Stir. Seal in hot jars.
