HOT PEPPER JELLY 
3/4 c. green peppers, chopped fine
1/4 c. hot peppers (remove seeds), chop fine
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 bottle Certo

Pour juice of peppers over peppers. Add sugar and vinegar and boil 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add Certo. Stir well and pour into sterilized pints. Seal. This is a sweet jelly, wonderful on any warm bread and makes pretty Christmas gifts.
