HOT PEPPER JELLY | |
3/4 c. bell pepper, ground 1/2 c. hot pepper, ground 6 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. apple jelly 1 (8 oz.) bottle certo Seed and grind peppers; keep juice and add to mixture. Mix with sugar and vinegar. Bring to full rolling boil. Remove from heat and cool 5 minutes. Add certo, stirring while adding, and pour into sterilized jars. Makes 7 1/2 pints. |
