HOT PEPPER JELLY 
6 c. pepper juice
1 c. vinegar (white)
3 pkg. Sure-Jell
10 c. sugar

Combine pepper juice, vinegar and Sure-Jell; bring to a rapid boil. Add 10 cups of sugar and boil, stirring constantly, until mixture will form a ball when cooled in spoon. Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Makes 4-5 pints.
