ANNABELLE'S HOT PEPPER JELLY 
1 c. hot peppers
1 1/2 c. apple cider
1 (6 oz.) Serto
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. green and red bell peppers
1/2 c. sugar

Using blender, grind enough peppers with a little water until one cup of water drained ground pepper is obtained. Do same for the sweet peppers. Combine all peppers, vinegar, salt in a large saucepan. Bring to a rapid boil. COOK ONE MINUTE, no longer than two minutes.

Remove from heat, let stand (5 minutes). Add Serto, mix well, pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
