ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground hamburger
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
1 to 2 tbsp. milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, place hamburger, bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and grated cheese. Mix until evenly blended. Add egg and milk. Mix until there is a smooth consistency. Take small handfuls of the hamburger mixture and roll into medium-shaped balls with your hands. Place on a greased cookie sheet.

Place cookie sheet with uncooked meatballs into the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. Meatballs should be brown on all sides. Do not over cook. Place cooked meatballs into your favorite spaghetti sauce. Enjoy!
