THERESA'S HOT & SPICY CHILI 
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
4 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans (2 light red & 2 dark red)
1 pkg. chili seasoning (hot)
2 lbs. ground chuck
2 tbsp. Pace picante sauce
1 sm. onion
3 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder

Brown meat. Drain excess grease. Add salt, pepper, and chili powder. Stir. Add chili seasoning, water and sliced onion. Stir in picante sauce. Add tomato sauce and kidney beans. Cook to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for one hour.
