TRULY DIFFERENT CUPCAKES | |
4 sqs. semi-sweet chocolate 2 sticks butter 1/4 tsp. butter flavoring 1 1/2 c. broken pecans 1 3/4 c. sugar 1 c. flour 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla Melt 4 squares semi-sweet chocolate, 2 sticks butter in heavy skillet. Add 1/4 teaspoon butter flavoring, then add 1 1/2 cups broken pecans. Stir until pecans are all coated. Take off burner. While cooking - combine 1 3/4 cups sugar, 1 cup flour, 4 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix with spoon and then add to chocolate and nut mixture. Bake in muffin cups at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes. |
