4 sqs. semi-sweet chocolate
2 sticks (1 c.) butter
1/4 tsp. butter flavoring
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. sifted flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate and butter together. Add butter flavoring and nuts. Combine sugar, eggs, flour and vanilla. Add chocolate mixture to flour mixture and blend well. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes in 18 muffin tins with paper liners. (Very rich, needs no icing).
