CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES 
4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
1 c. butter
1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
4 lg. eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour, unsifted

Melt chocolate and butter in pan. Add nuts and stir. In a separate bowl, barely stir together sugar, flour, eggs, and vanilla. Do not beat; just fold in.

Add chocolate and nut mixture to above mixture and barely stir. Do not beat. Not a smooth looking batter. Fill cups 2/3 full. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Makes 20 cupcakes.
