PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. ground onion
1 can tomato soup
1 can hot water

Mix hamburger, rice, salt, pepper, and onion; shape into balls. Add meatballs to tomato soup and water. Cover and cook slowly for 1 hour until done. Can use crock pot.
