PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS - POTATOES 
1 lg. ground beef
1/2 c. rice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. minced onion
1 sm. can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
3-4 med. peeled potatoes

Wash rice thoroughly. Combine meat, rice, salt, pepper and onion. Shape into small balls. Heat tomato soup and water in pressure cooker. Place potatoes, cut in half, in hot soup mixture and lay meat balls on top of potatoes.

Place lid on cooker and allow to heat until steam escapes from top. Place indicator weight on cooker and cook 10 minutes at proper cooking point. Remove from heat and allow to cook. You have a meal of meat, potatoes and tomato gravy.
