MEAT BALLS IN POTATO CUPS 
2 c. mashed potatoes
1 egg
1/2 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. uncooked quick oats
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix potato and egg. Make 8 mounds on large greased pan. Mix remaining ingredients and shape into 8 meat balls. Press meat balls into mounds. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees until browned. Serve with brown gravy. 1 c. water 2 tbsp. flour 1 beef bouillon
