POTATO MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork sausage
4 med. potatoes, diced
2 lg. onions, diced
1 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans tomato soup

Mix and shape into 12 large balls, place in large shallow 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Cover with soup mixed with 2 cans of water. bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Turn meatballs the last half hour.
