PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS (MICROWAVE) 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. instant or quick cooking rice
1 can (16 oz.) tomato sauce
1 egg
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix beef, rice, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, egg, onion powder, salt and pepper. Make 12 balls. Place in 12 x 8 dish. Combine remaining tomato sauce, parsley flakes and mustard. Pour over meatballs. Cover with Wax paper. Cook 4 minutes in microwave on high. Rearrange meat balls. Cover and cook 4 to 6 minutes on high until meat is firm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
