SPINACH BALLS (MICROWAVE) 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 sm. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 c. ground herb seasoned croutons
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3 eggs, well beaten
6 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook spinach as directed on package. Drain well and squeeze dry. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls. Place on microwave- safe plate, cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on High 2 minutes than at 50% for 1 minute. These can be frozen. Thaw and microwave according to directions above.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
