MICROWAVE MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 egg
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic (if desired)

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into balls. Microwave 6 to 8 minutes on high. Serve while hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
