NO BAKE COCONUT FRUIT BALLS,
MICROWAVE
 
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. white corn syrup
1 c. rich milk (Eagle Brand)
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. dried apricots or pitted dates
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1 c. flaked coconut

Cook in bowl in microwave sugar, syrup and milk to soft ball stage, stirring often. Add fruit and cook 1 minute more. Remove, cool and knead in nuts. Form into small balls. Roll in coconut. Yield about 2 1/2 dozen.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
