PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. water

Combine and shape meat, rice, onion, water, salt and pepper into 15 (1 inch) meat balls. Blend soup, chili powder and water. Bring to boil. Add meat balls, cover and simmer gently 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Yield 6 servings.
