BAKED PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. mustard
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. Worcestershire
1 lg. onion, 8 slices

Place chops in large baking pan. Cover with slice of onion. Combine other ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Then lower oven to 350 degrees and uncover for 20 minutes.
