BAKED PORK CHOPS 
8 sm. pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
1/2 c. dry sherry
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. parsley flaked

Place chops in casserole. Combine all other ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Pour over chops, making sure the chops are well covered. Cover and bake one hour in 375 degree oven or until meat is tender. The sauce is delicious over noodles or rice too.
