HAM BALLS WITH BROWN SAUCE 
1 lb. ground ham & pork
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water

SAUCE: Double this if serving over rice or noodles.

Combine ground meats, crumbs, egg and milk. Shape into small balls; place in baking dish.

Combine brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, and water; heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Pour over meatballs.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Baste frequently. Serves 8.
