STRAWBERRY PIZZA 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Mix above ingredients and spread onto a 12 inch pizza pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix the above ingredients thoroughly. Spread this on the cooled crust.

1 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. corn starch

Cook above ingredients until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and add 3 tablespoons strawberry Jello (1/2 of 3 ounce package) and a few drops of red food coloring. Slice 1 quart fresh strawberries and drain on paper towels. Mix strawberries into cooled, cooked mixture and spread over top of pizza.

Refrigerate until served. Top with whipped topping if desired.
