QUICK AND DELICIOUS LASAGNA 
1 box lasagna noodles
1 (8 oz.) cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained (optional)
1 med. size ready made spaghetti sauce (Prego or other brand) (or you can make your own spaghetti sauce)

Cook lasagna noodles as directed on package. When finished, lay noodles on wax paper to cool. In bowl, mix cottage cheese, sour cream and 3/4 of grated Mozzarella cheese. Set aside.

After browning meat in skillet, pour off fat. Add spaghetti sauce and mix completely. Add mushrooms if desired.

In a 9 x 13 inch pan begin layering placing lasagna noodles in pan first. Next spread cheese mixture. Next spread spaghetti with meat sauce. Start again with noodles, layering until pan is full ending with noodles. Sprinkle remainder of cheese evenly over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes or until bubbly.
