QUICK SKILLET LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix (Spatini)
3 c. medium noodles, uncooked
1 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 c. water
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (8 oz.)

Lightly brown meat in 12 inch skillet. Drain grease. Sprinkle 1/2 of spaghetti sauce mix over meat. Next arrange uncooked noodles in layer. Sprinkle with remaining spaghetti sauce mix, basil, parsley flakes, and salt. Blend tomatoes with water in blender. Add to skillet, being sure all is moistened. Cover tightly and simmer about 30-35 minutes or until noodles are done. Sprinkle cheese over top; return cover and let stand 10-15 minutes before serving. Makes 8 servings.
