ZUCCHINI BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
1 egg
2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. grated zucchini

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/4 c. soft butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk or cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2-3 c. powdered sugar

Blend until smooth. Spread on cooled bars. Cut bars and store in refrigerator. They freeze well.
