TROPICAL CHEESECAKE 
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 1# (4 oz. can) 2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
1 (8 oz.) contained Cool Whip

Mix crumbs and butter; reserving 2 tablespoons. Press on bottom of 8 inch round pan; chill.

Whip cream cheese and powdered until fluffy. Stir in the pineapple and Cool Whip. Spread over the crust. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill well.
