3 c. bread, cubed
2 c. rhubarb, cubed
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter

Place ingredients in baking dish or bowl. Mix and bake at 350 degrees until rhubarb is tender, about 40 minutes. Stir a couple times during baking. Serve warm or cool with cream. A simple but delicious dessert.
