TUNA CASSEROLE 
4 oz. tuna, drained
1/2 c. peas
1/2 c. cooked carrots
1/2 c. cooked noodles
1/2 c. skim milk
1 tsp. flour
2 tsp. low calorie butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook milk, flour and butter until thickened. Combine all in small casserole. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 1 serving.
