TUNA CASSEROLE 
12 oz. pkg. wide noodles
12 oz. can tuna
2 tbsp. minced pimento
1/2 c. butter
1/4 lb. mushrooms or 1 sm can
1/2 c. flour
2 c. rich milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cans chicken soup
6 hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
15 oz. pkg. potato chips

Make cream sauce of milk, butter, and flour. Mix all together except potato chips. Put in casserole. Cover with chips. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. This may also be baked in cake pan and cut in squares for serving.
