DILL POTATO AND EGG SALAD 
3 med. potatoes
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 med. dill pickle
1 med. onion
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. milk white vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. fresh dill
1/2 c. mayonnaise (lite)
1/8 tsp. paprika

Cook and peel potatoes. Chop eggs, pickle, onion, parsley and celery; add to cubed potatoes. Add vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and dill to mayonnaise. Blend well and add to potatoes. Sprinkle paprika over salad. Chill.
