EGG YOLK DOUGHNUTS 
4 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. buttermilk with 1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
1 1/3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat yolks well. Add remaining ingredients. Chill dough 2 hours or more for easier handling. Roll, cut, and fry. Makes 3 dozen.
