STRAWBERRY PIZZA 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Mix and spread thinly in 12 inch pizza pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes or until light brown.

FILLING:

8 or 9 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar

Mix and spread on cooled crust. Cover with at least 2 cups fresh strawberries.

TOPPING:

Make glaze by cooking 1/2 cup crushed strawberries and 3/4 cup water for 2 minutes; sieve. Mix 1/4 cup sugar with 3 teaspoons cornstarch. Gradually stir in berry juice. Cook and stir until slightly thickened. Tint with red food coloring. Cool slightly and pour over strawberries. Chill. Other fresh fruits may be used.
