DIJON GREEN BEANS 
1 lb. whole green beans
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. white wine Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. sour cream

Cook the green beans according to directions. Drain. Combine the remaining ingredients into a sauce and pour over the hot beans.
