GREEN BEANS DIJON 
3 c. green beans, cut into 2-inch lengths
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper

Boil or steam green beans until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and place in serving bowl. Add lemon juice and mustard and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Makes 4 servings, 20 calories each.
