WHITE BARS 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix flour, butter and sugar like crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

FILLING:

1 c. cold water
2 env. Knox gelatin
1 c. white sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
Vanilla
Nuts

For filling - water, gelatin, and white sugar should be boiled hard for 3-5 minutes. Cool until cold. Then add 1 cup powdered sugar and beat until thick. Add 1 teaspoon baking powder, vanilla. Spread with nuts. Do not bake.
