GRILLED BEER KEBABS 
2 lb. beef, cut into cubes
kebab skewers

MARINADE:

1 cup olive oil
1 cup beer
3 cloves minced garlic
1 diced onion
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. black pepper
pinch of rosemary
pinch of coriander

Cut meat into 1 1/2 inch cubes, and then pound to tenderize. Mix ingredients, and let beef marinade in refrigerator for 12 hours, mixing every 4 hours.

Skewer meat evenly and grill for 8 minutes over medium high heat, turning every minute, and salting to taste after 7 minutes.
