PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
Seasoned salt
1 tbsp. oil
1 chopped onion
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. dried parsley

Trim fat from chops. Sprinkle lightly with seasoned salt, and brown quickly in hot skillet with oil. Place chops in a 2 quart casserole. In same skillet, saute onion until tender. Stir in flour, 1 more tablespoon oil and milk. When smooth and creamy, add salt, oregano, and parsley. Pour over chops and bake until very tender, stirring gravy twice.

Bake in 350 degree oven approximately 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4-6.
