PUMPKIN PIE 
3 eggs
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg

Beat eggs. Add syrup, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, pumpkin and milk; stir until blended. Pour into one deep dish unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes; then bake at 300 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until firm in center. Cool. Serve with Cool Whip.
