PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 c. white sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. peanut butter with nuts or without
3/4 c. marshmallow fluff

Combine and cook slowly until it forms soft ball (very soft), stir with wooden spoon as needed the first 3 ingredients. When it forms soft ball remove from heat and add the last 4 ingredients. Stir with wooden spoon very quickly and pour into an 8"x10" buttered pan. Leave to cool and then cut into 1" squares. Yield: approximately 1 1/4 lbs.
