SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburg
2 slices fresh bread crumbs
1 beaten egg
Dash salt & pepper
1 tbsp. parsley
1 pinch oregano

Make small bite size meatballs. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees. until done.

SAUCE:

1 c. catsup
1/3 - 1/2 c. Rose wine
1/4 tsp. oregano

Simmer meatballs in sauce. Can be made several days prior to use or may be frozen.
